It is a cloudy day here on the Emerald Coast,

60% chance of scattered showers today.

The Watchman Intercessor Conference was great as usual at Christian International Family Church. All the speakers felt that 2010 is a year of breakthrough in many areas. Finances, health, ministry, government, and so much more was discussed. If you are interested, the video’s are online at http://www.cimn.tv/.

The pollen plague seems to be getting a bit lighter outside. Not as much sneezing and coughing going on because of it. Politics are heating up due to elections coming up. Who would have thought that a volcano in Iceland would shut down the airline industry?

Other news, sickness just keeps on attacking us and our friends. My friend Ken, the previous CMA president in Panama City has a daughter that was taken to the hospital yesterday. His wife Judy sent me an Email. Kenndra’s blood pressure is low, pain, and fever.

My friend Renee is in Jacksonville with her sisters Donna and Sherelle looking after their mom Mary Lee. She is in the hospital with cancer attacking her. Her white blood count is very low, single digit, when it should be 1000. Her kidney’s have stopped working and they are giving her dialysis to clense some of the chemo results in her body. Renee’s husband Barry is taking care of their boys here in Panama City Beach. Please take the time to give your prayer support to this entire family. The daughters don’t want to loose their mom, and their families are missing them while they are there with Mary Lee.

I saw Donnie at Sam’s Club yesterday after we over ate at Chow Time in Panama City. He was shopping. Donnie is the local Tribe of Judah president. We talked about Bike Week in Daytona and the outreach they did there, and about the upcoming Thunder Beach Rally here in Panama City Beach at the end of the month. If you are interested in this Rally, check here for more details. http://www.thunderbeachproductions.com/

If you are a Harley rider, you will be interested to know that there is a new shop opening on Back Beach Road later this year, a new Harley dealership is being built. Wednesday, 28 April, there will be a big party at the Bay Point Marriott.

I designed a bike last week, on paper. I drew it out. It would be a custom V8 Chopper hardtail bagger. I know. My wife says that a choppers is not ment to be a bagger. Sometimes, Bubba can be a little different from the rest of the crowd. Now to figure out how the $$$ will come to me to build it. As always, keeping the faith.

I have been hearing of a Biker Church on the circle up in Dothan, AL. We may plan a ride up there soon. I don’t have the exact location and times for services yet. This is still in the planning stage.

Put a new battery in my bike last week and had to take a ride. I went to Pier Park and when I made the circle in front of the theater, I saw Billy Fisher coming from the other direction on his recent acquisition, a Harley Ultra. I had not seen him in a while. We rode 2 up and talked as we rode. We rode all the way down Front Beach Road to the end of Thomas Drive. Beware, lots of road construction on the east end of the beach.

I had to find a new doctor. My last doctor retired and moved to Montana. Have an appointment tomorrow.

What is going on in your life? Sickness, finances attacked, job in jeopardy, temptations? No matter what the problem, you know you can cast your cares on Jesus. He is there to bear our burdens and sorrows and support us. He can give you peace in your heart and mind, no matter what the circumstances. Maybe you need to get with a new crowd. I’m talking about people who not only talk faith, but live it in their daily lives. Examples that just don’t “drop” scripture on you and walk away, but who live a Christian life, among worldly people, and are able to keep the faith and walk the straight and narrow path to heaven.

Think about this. Maybe you should be that example. I know that everyone you know is not a Christian. They are your friends and acquaintances at work, at the grocery, and the ball field and pool with your family. They need an example of Jesus, and you could be that example. You may be the only person they know that will speak of the Son of God, knowing that He is not dead, but that He sits at the right hand of God as our mediator. If they don’t know about salvation, introduce them to the concept. Make it a reality in their lives by praying with them and leading them in a sinners prayer for redemption.

If you have a heart for a Nation of Bikers, then this should be your attitude and lifestyle.

Thought: I have a friend who was recently invited to Australia to ride. We tell people to keep the rubber side down and the shiny side up. Would that be the opposite there? I know, corny!

Blessings,

Bubba <”//><
